Training for Wildlife & Tourism Excellence
With a 25 year career in major aspects of wildlife and tourism, Jan Kriel has a deep passion to share his experience and knowledge with students coming into these areas of service. Using everything he has learned and his practical experience, Jan strives to ignite a love of nature and a desire for excellence within his students. Living and working in one of the world’s best-loved wildlife destinations, those working in the tourism industry and wildlife sectors, have a wonderful opportunity to share our heritage with guests from around the world, as well as a responsibility to do everything they can to preserve our wildlife for future generations, AND to make each tourist experience buscket-list-worthy.

Training, mentoring and assessments to determine standards can be done in all of the following:
1. All aspects of accomodation and housekeeping services (front office, back of house, barman, cleaners, waiters etc.).
2. All aspects of guiding, nature guide, interpretation, weapon handling, fire fighting, advanced weapon handling, viewing potentially dangerous game, tracking, and all preparation for FGASA/ CATHSSETA courses.
